Week 2 Term Three

At the beginning of the week we welcomed Cynthia, Brianna and Hedi to our class, they are all settling in well and becoming part of our wonderful school. 


Our Shield Winner this week was Nate Carter. Nate won the shield for sharing his ideas clearly with the class and being a great Room 4 role model. 


This week Room 4 have been learning about the letters Bb and Uu, the sounds they make and how to write them correctly. 


Please remember on a Monday and Friday we have sharing, please encourage your child to bring something to share with their peers. 

Week One Term Three

Week one has been and gone and Room 4 has had a great week ! Mrs Shearer and her beautiful baby girl Willow came to visit us on Friday. It was so nice to see her and we look forward to seeing them both again soon. Our shield winner this week was Mya Orr. Mya received the shield for hearing the beginning sounds in words and sharing these with increased confidence. Well done Mya! The letters we looked at closely at this week were Tt and Hh, we learnt the sound they make and how to write them correctly.

Willow Rae Shearer

Hello Room 4, it's Mrs Shearer!  I am so excited to tell you that little baby Willow was born on Monday the 9th of July.  She is very pretty and so far her favourite things to do are eat and sleep!  She cannot wait to come to school and see all of your lovely faces.


I miss you very much and hope that you are having a great day and working hard!  Willow and I will try and visit very soon  :)
